HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?
Deposits & Final Payment
Prior to October 1st:
A 50% deposit is required to secure your spot for all day tours and week-long bookings.
This deposit is 90% refundable until October 1st.
On October 1st, all deposits become non-refundable outside of the T23 cancellation policy (see below) and final balances are due. If final payment has not been received by November 1st, T23 reserves the right to cancel the booking and re-sell the space. There are no exceptions to this policy. All cancellations must be received in writing.
After October 1st:
Full payment is required at the time of booking. All payments made after this date are non-refundable outside of our cancellation policy (see below)
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations Initiated by Type Two Three (T23):
In the rare event that T23 must cancel a day tour due to mechanical issues, adverse weather, or logistical complications that make the tour impossible to run, guests will receive a full refund.
If a tour is already underway but cannot be completed due to unforeseen circumstances—such as sudden weather changes, equipment failure, or injury—partial refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of the T23 Operations team.
Cancellations Initiated by the Customer:
All customer cancellations are considered non-refundable, regardless of the reason. This includes, but is not limited to:
Personal scheduling conflicts
Weather concerns
Illness or injury
Travel delays or inability to arrange transportation
We strongly encourage guests to purchase trip insurance to protect against these risks.
Booking Confirmation:
By completing a booking, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined in this cancellation and refund policy.
Important Disclaimer:
Backcountry skiing involves inherent risks, including rapidly changing weather and unpredictable terrain. Guest and staff safety is our top priority, and T23 reserves the right to adjust or cancel any tour based on these safety considerations.
Week-Long Tour Bookings:
Please note that week-long bookings are non-refundable. Our guides and staff work hard to ensure you experience the best snow possible given the conditions, but we cannot guarantee weather or snowfall. While we haven’t mastered weather control—yet—we’ll do everything in our power to deliver an unforgettable adventure.
